Turnaround time for designs are listed on each service description page. Please keep In mind that these are general estimates. Depending on the Current workload some projects might be completed sooner or later than that timeframe. So please be sure to check before booking to make sure you’re okay with that timing. The Dgtl Bar, LLC will always keep you updated throughout your project.

Professional photography makes a world of a difference in your designs (and it saves your designer stress as well). I don’t recommend blurry, pixelated or poor quality photography. It is RECOMMENDED that you supply your own legal professional photography for all designs you order.

Once you have approved your files + they have been delivered if there are any revision needed there will be a $25.00 per revision.

Currently all communication will be via email (for all designs) and zoom (for all brand clarity & discovery calls). Please be sure to use email ETIQUETTE. It’s Important to make sure that you use an Email that you have access to and regularly check to prevent any delays with your order. The Dgtl Bar, LLC is not responsible for lack of communication/updates due to you not checking your email for notifications on your order.

The Dgtl Bar, LLC does not provide refunds for any services. Having buyers remorse or wanting to use another company instead is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made and project has begun, the sale is final. Digital downloads are non-refundable.

Yes! Once your project is complete and sent oveR all projects are under your ownership. This is not to be confused with trademarking. The Dgtl Bar, LLC is not responsible for trademarking designs or content this is solely your responsibility. All raw psd/aI files are owned under The Dgtl Bar, LLC and will not be sent over to client.
